Jack and Jill Day Care Centre

The Jack and Jill day care centre looks after infants from birth to children up to 5 years of age.

I noticed a lack of child care lots in the download area so I built this one with minimal CC.


Your infant under 12 months will be looked after by caring staff in the Bumble Bee rooms.


The Little Fishies set of rooms caters to toddlers aged 1 to 3 with a shared bathroom area with the Bumble Bees.


The Dragon rooms look after pre-school children from 3 to 5 years of age.

Features:
There are three main inside areas, one for babies with a shared bathroom/change rooms with toddlers then the preschool area. There is also the front hall with cubbyholes for bags, some CC ones would be nice here. If you know of some good ones drop me a link and I will add it.

In the eating hall sims can serve cold foods from one of the two fridges or you could swap out the counters for something like simwardrobes buffet.

Then there is an office with a computer and two toilets for staff or visitors.

Outside has a race track which looks really good with TotsInc new Steampunk Car. A sandpit, toddler ride-ons, a fairy tale bridge, easels, swing, round-a-bout and a play house for playing baking shop.

Play tested with a copy. This upload includes the day care as a community lot and as a residential lot. The only difference on the community lot is the bus stop with the public phone. .

Most of this is CC free but I added a few items which are optional.

Included in the file is Atavera Toddler Blanket. This allows toddlers to put themselves to bed.

Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=315720 This marvelous little fix means the lights will sit flush to the ceiling like they are supposed to.

Cash Register Trainer by Numenor http://modthesims.info/d/215415 This allows children to really practice their cash register badge skills on the play house cash register.

CEP to keep the colours on the OFB glass windows and doors since Maxis broke them. http://modthesims.info/d/92541
