This community lot has CC (the rollercoaster + mostly lanterns and lamps)
The lot also has an asian food stall, a photo box and a toilet
I think this lot could be fun for business so I also placed a ticket stall.
It's a bit complicated to function, so I would not make any constructional changes
There is a NPC on this lot (the rollercoaster) so don't remove this lot from your download folder after getting it, because then the NPC (a sim) will be deleted, and apparently that's not super healthy for the neighborhoods. So if you download the lot then keep it
