Hi fellow simmers! This is a dance club lot from my upcoming custom world.
The exterior is a recreation of The Malibu Club from GTA:VC.



The interior is mostly my own.




It has all the things you would expect for a dance club, plus a arcade room and a hot-tub room on the 2rd VIP floor which can be accessed by anyone with at least 2 star level.

Comes with one CC: a floor community speaker I made just for this lot. Without it the sunken dance floor wouldn't work.
