As the last club for Riverview in my EP Build project, we have a dance club with a fire and ice color scheme. Most of the rooms have dim, colored lighting (cyan in the ice rooms, and flame in the fire rooms), so I've included both pictures with natural lighting, so you can see it in better detail, and pictures with the colored lighting, so you can see what the lot looks like in-game. I have this lot placed at 30 Hidden Grove Lane, but it can be placed on any 40x30 lot.
The first floor contains a bar area, a seating area, and dance floor, a VIP hot tub room accessible to celebrities with at least 2 stars, and an storage area leading out back. The second floor leads to the the VIP room accessible to 3-star celebrities and above, which contains a second bar, a shuffleboard, and some arcade games. This leads to the balcony, which contains a bubble bar, and a dart board. The basement contains the restrooms. The exterior contains the parking spaces to the side, and a dumpster bin out back.
I don't know about you, but I think the way that community lots from certain expansion packs get added to worlds is pretty annoying. They're often placed on lots far too big, may end up facing away from the street, and they usually don't match the architecture of the rest of the town. So I've decided to build community lots designed to match the rest of the world it's based in. No more Port-a-Party Warehouse sticking out like a sore thumb in the clearly rural Appaloosa Plains. And these lots will only use EP or store content that the lot type and the world are from.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.
