Avondale (CC Free)

Welcome home to Avondale! This two-story home includes five bedrooms, three full baths, two-story entry, main-floor master suite, garage parking for two vehicles (vehicles not included), pool and playground in the backyard, and basement game room and hobby room. (Hobby room is set up as a music room in the pictures, but when you move in the room will be empty for whatever hobby items you want to put in there!) All appliances upgraded.

CC-free and Custard-checked, although items from some EPs, SPs and the Store are used. To look like the photos you have to have the items listed below. If not, the game will replace them with comparable items. (Check out the list to see what was used where. You still may be able to download even if you're missing some things.)
