Hello to all
I propose to you this villa of resolutely modern style with a terrace incorporating a swimming pool, in a wooded park.

on the ground floor:
- a large living room with an equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living room overlooking the terrace
- a master bedroom with bathroom
- a separate toilet

on the first floor:
- a landing with access to the upper terrace
- 2 children?s rooms
- 1 bathroom

an outdoor staircase connects the ground floor and the upper floor via the terraces.
A very large glass surface illuminates the rooms in all seasons.
