Hello Simmers!

This house was built for a eight-members family. It has three floors in total in a renewed modern style.

So, I decided to renovate this one because I think my building skills have improved (making a comparison after the renew, it's clear that the first attempt resulted in a non-so-beautiful house). Plus, I wanted to add some of the new expansion pack content.
