Hello, simmers!

Today I bring to your Sims a house I've built in the new neighbourhood that comes along with the new expansion pack.
I decided to make it for a casual Sims family.

This is the front of the house:



In the first floor, we have:

- The hall;
- The living room;
- The dinning room;
- The kitchen;
- The bathroom;
- A pool



About the second floor:

- Couple bedroom with bathroom;
- Single bedroom;
- Another hall




The house isn't expansive, but your Sims will need a little bit of Simoleons to buy it hehehe

No CC were used.

OBS: some lights were removed for pictures purpose!

I used only moveobjects cheat.
