Hi everyone! Today I am very happy to be bringing you a build that I have worked on for quite a long time now.

This grand majestic castle once sat on the ocean floor, overlooking a vast underwater mermaid civilization off the shores of the islands that would eventually become the popular vacation spot, Isla Paradiso. As land Sims began to arrive on the islands, it was decided that the mermaid colony would move on to different waters. The king of the mermaids met with the land sims and offered them a parting gift. He then proceeded to raise the entire castle from the ocean floor and bring it to the surface, now set on a small island. The land Sims were welcome to tour and live in it and learn all about the mermaids that had lived at the islands before them.

The layout of the castle includes plenty of fun rooms for your Sims to explore. There is everything from a grand throne room, a bar, and even a four story treasure tower you can store all your fancy riches in. There are five main bedrooms in this castle as well as a servants quarters above the kitchen should you choose to hire any staff. The kitchen also includes a full kelp garden for mermaids to harvest at their leisure for food.

This castle, as with all of my lots, is 100% store and custom content free! Almost everything inside and out has been recolored and textured to bring the undersea feel to the surface. There are plenty of animated effects achieved with fog emitters as well such as bubbles, corals, anemones, and various sea life scattered throughout the castle and its grounds. Colored lights illuminate it all in a cool undersea glow that really makes you feel as though you are swimming through the ocean. I hope you all enjoy placing it in your games! Happy Simming!
