Hello everyone! Today we're back with another new mansion for your Sims to enjoy! This is Oak N' Pine (a very fun name to say fast), a large five bedroom and six bathroom home that features all the beauty and luxury your Sims could want! The floorplan is as follows:

FIRST FLOOR:

- Formal Sitting Room
- Great Room
- Dining Room
- Kitchen and Bar
- Family Room
- Home Office
- Master Suite
- Two Bathrooms
- Walk-in Closet
- Four-Car Garage
- Laundry Room

SECOND FLOOR:

- Four Bathrooms

Each bedroom aside from the master suite in this home comes with two closets and a full bathroom with an extra closet space inside as well. The upstairs sitting room opens out onto a large sunny deck where your Sims can relax and soak up the sunlight, or go stargazing off of in the evenings. The back patio includes an outdoor grilling space, swimming pool, hot tub, and plenty of open yard to frolic about in!
