This house we saw in the lot catalog TS2 "M&G". I Do not know the original name of the lot, but I think everyone knew him. He represents the Art Deco style in the game. We saw a dull and dreary building. I like the styles of art deco, art nouveau and Russian modern. And I decided to revive this house. I retained the architecture, layout, rooms and some decoration and furniture.
But I expanded the possibilities of this house, made some changes that are typical for these styles.
Changes:
- fence around the house
- sloped roof and parapet
- a complex modular staircase
And also changed the decoration of walls and floors, added furniture and plumbing.
All this affected the cost of the house.
The new price is 159 500 sl.
The old price is 78 300 sl.
