A new Victorian Value home for Sims to live in. (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms).
I tried to keep the character of this lot in a way, but hope it is looking better and will be more playable than before.
The roof had to go - I hope mine looks better.
The lot is a bit larger, but the tower on the right side is the same size. The outside now has a garden, including a greenhouse and some fruit trees at the back.
Inside, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the top floor while the bottom floor is more open plan. The stairs moved so that the rooms on the top floor can have exit doors to their balcony. The porch is usable - after all, a Sim should be able to walk around on his porch without bumping into columns.
I have furnished this one a bit more than the others, but the 3rd bedroom is empty and can be used as a nursery or anything else.
(The bedding is my default bedding, the lot has no custom content).
May some of your Sims live here happily for a long time - enjoy!
