Well, let us start, shall we?

This is a 3-story house made for a big family of Sims. It was built in Newcrest and it's very cozy and beautiful. It also has a great view and was built in one of the most famous neighbourhoods of Newcrest.

This is the front view of your Sim's dreamhouse:



In the first floor, we have:

- Entrance hall;
- Office room;
- Kitchen;
- Living room;
- Dining room;
- Laundry;
- Bathroom;
- Hall 2;
- Porches (in the front and back)
- Outdoor: pool, laundry and barbecue areas and a sitting place for reading and relaxing.



This is the 2nd floor:

- Four bedrooms (two singles, a kid room and a couple room);
- Hall;
- Indoor gym;



And finally, the thrid floor was built for the master bedroom w/ bathroom. It's a big room!!
