This is an old fashioned home sort of like my grandma J had except in Florida basements are very rare due to the water table. It has the main floor and a basement apartment. The total number of bedrooms is 5 the total number of baths are 3. I set this up as residential because it can be used in one of three ways. It can be 2 separate apartments owned by a landlord, you can move your sim in and they can rent out the other apartment, or it can be for a multi-generational family. I left it to you and your sim as to how you would like to use it. I only used the base game and for Rent because I needed the electric box and hot water heater.
