A set of posters that are used to recruit those into Overwatch!
Featured heroes are the entire uprising team (Reinhardt, Torbjorn, Mercy and Tracer), Reinhardt, Mercy and Tracer. Torbjorn's poster isn't included because it uses different dimensions than the other 4.

Posters cost 200, and can be found in Wall Decorations under the name 'Recruitment Posters'
