Coral Bay Condos

Coral Bay Condos - an apartment building inspired by Dexter series. I really liked the series and modernist/art deco-ish style of the building.

The building is located on a low beach lot. All the apartments have the sea view and access to common balcony. Two separate staircases leeds to second floor balcony.
Common area contains a nice gym with sauna, a recreation room with a seating area where sims can hang out, have some pizza with the neighbors, and have a good time. It has an outdoor swimming pool, and some lounge chairs at the beach.

We have four separated apartments, each has unique style. Each apartment has the same architecture: an open area with compact kitchen, dining and living area all together, plus a private area with master bedroom, a study/bedroom and a nice bathroom. Apartments are fully furnished using mostly maxis objects.
