This is a medium small map with flat terrain in the streets area and a little bit of hills on the sides (they go kinda good with custom skylines). Plus there is a bay area and a road by the water - perfect for some beach lots. This map is kinda flat, as some builders might find it attractive. Enjoy!



Oh, also I recomend using a camera mod (GunMod's Camera Mod 3.1), so you can see and edit the whole thing!
