Old memes die hard it seems as this particular one has made it's way into Simland or wherever it is these guys live.

comes in 16 unique colours, each one having an english and simlish variant. It's a recolour and very very slight texture edit of the default halter top that came with Laundry Day. I made the black darker, added the text, and made the overall tank a lot shorter. Because it is a default Maxis mesh it works on both body frames and all weights/body types.

It's in Everyday, Swimwear, sleep, party, hot weather, and athletic categories. Labeled as a t-shirt, bikini and a tank top so it should be relatively easy to find.

I have no idea if this counts as too risque since it's got the word 'tits' in it but I mean there's nothing hangin' out or anything so I figured it was fine.

No mods other than the eyeballs and the shirt itself were used in the screenshots. All screens were taken either with the photography studio item you can buy, or with 'take photo/take photo of' sim interaction. Sans the CAS screenshot, clearly. That was taken in CAS.
