I had this just on Tumblr but seeing the business theme thought I should upload it here too. I needed something small and basic as a social security/unemployment office but it could easily be used for other small business offices.


The inside is bland because I have never seen an exciting social security building. Just like in real life you can sit in a beige and grey waiting room hoping to be out as soon as possible.

There is a front desk, two small offices and two larger ones.
Two books for learning so sims can skill for that job
Three computers
A staff room with a mini fridge and coffee so it can be owned.
Toilets
A car park around the back.

This is cc free, but in my game I added a few items.
