This is my first lot for my new project "Let's modernize Willow Creek" that I am doing for my personal gameplay.
I plan to build Gym, Library and one other lot for Willow Creek (probably Spa or night club) too in the same or similiar style. I know that modern style isnt exactly "correct" for Willow Creek but I like it. It was build on the gym lot if you want to place it at the exactly same spot as me.
You can use the lot in other world as well (that si what TS is about, isn't?). I think that modern Oasis Spring, Newcrest or San Myshuno will be good, maybe even better choice

This lot is set as a bar but it can be used as a cafe too. It is even better as cafe as the cafe is main part of this lot but, as I said, this is lot fot my personal gameplay and I play with bars (and nightclubs) most. Noone every invites you to cafes, but to bars? Sims love to invite you to bars, let's be honest.

I used Get To Work, Get Together, City Living, Seasons, Get Famous, Fitness SP, Jungle Adventure GP, VIntage Glamour SP, Parenthood GP, Dine Out GP, Spa Day GP, Toddler SP, Backyard SP, Movie hangout SP, Cool Kitchen SP and Perfect Patio SP.

The lot will work for you just as fine if you do not have Backyard SP, Movie Hangout SP, Seasons, Fitness SP, Glamour SP, Parenthood GP... I used just one or two decorative items from this pack. Not any imporant items. It is also playtested in my game so everything should work.

This is the lot at night, I really played with the lighting and I am very proud how it turned out in the end

The lot has cafe part in the first floor, bar part in the second floor. It also has three verandas, one on the left side, one on the right side and one in the second floor. Six uni-gender bathrooms are avaible for your sims. It should be more than enough.

I also built glass room which was inspired by Starbucks I visited last week.


It also has Bubble Blower room which is closed but open at the same time. I know, strange, but it is inspired by a room we have in our uni Library. Not that we have Bubble blowers, mind you :D, but we have this room in the middle of library that is closed of. It looks like it is inside but is actually outside because the room doesn't have a roof.



Lastly, I am very sorry for my English, it is not my native language and even if I study English as my major at Uni I am still very unsure in my writing (or speaking, really).
