This is my third lot for my project "Let's modernize Willow Creek" that I am doing for my personal gameplay and for MTS. I know that modern isn't exactly fitting for Willow Creek but I like this style very much I already built a bar/cafe and Gym. I lost my Library build so I build this modern gallery instead. I do not know what the 4th lot will be just yet.

This build would be great for Newcrest or even San Myshuno as well. If you want to have it on the same lot as me, use the old museum 30x40 lot in Willow Creek.

This lot is set as an Arts Centre but it can be set as a Museum too and it will work, I made sure of that. This lot was also fully play tested in my game by my sims.

Download info: As any The Sims 4 Lot, after unzipping the files move all of the unzipped items into your Tray folder, DO NOT put it in your Mods folder. You can also find this lot on the gallery under hashtag Izzinka or under my gallery ID: Izzinka



For this lot I used those packs: All of the expansion packs and I am afraid you really need them all. You also need: Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, Spa day, Dine Out, Vampires, Fitness Stuff, Perfect Patio.
JA, Parenthood, FS and Vampires aren't necessary. From Vampires only Organ was used and from JA, P and FS only some small decoration.

This is one of my favourite views from this lot.
I was inspired by Kate Emerald tutorial on "Angled Window Facade". Definitely check out her YT channel. You do not have to worry, Sims are not affected by the weather, the rooms have outside lighting but are fully covered.

This lot has five parts: Garden, Gallery, Woodworking+Painting room, Music rooms and bar.

The garden has flowers in it, my sim made sure of that, and flower arranging stations. Also grill and seating for your sims. The gallery is for modern art only, some statues and paintings, mostly from City Living.

On the second floor are rooms for artists and kids. Easels and woodworking tables. Also, Bar with lot of sketch pads. I hope the lot has enough woodworking tables and easels for your sims. In my game there was always lot of them unused and sketch pads weren?t used autonomously at all.
The third floor has music rooms.

Lastly, I am very sorry for my English, it is not my native language and even if I study English as my major at Uni I am still very unsure in my writing (or speaking, really).
