Hello,

This is my first starter house.

This starter was created for a single or a couple of sims.

There is one bedroom, a bathroom and WC (separated), a kitchen/dining room and a lounge.
For the activities, there is a computer, a TV, a bookshelf. There are planter boxes and a barbecue.
This house has no cc.
You must activate the code bb.moveobjects

I've tested this house and it is fully functional.
