A: Brief Info
1. hack-free (as much as I'm aware of )
2. just a few customised objects (from MTS2)
3. made without any EP
4. Feel free to re-decorate it... (coz I tried to furnish it with Maxis' "pieces of arts" to diminish the probabilities of incompatability and crash-risk) (So, this's more like a template-house!)

B: Design
1. Major Theme: an MMF 3-some house!
2. Major Style: mostly related to the idea of "3"!
3. Major Structural Characteristics: a suggestive MMF position!
4. Special Outline:
4a. Study room and leisure room are with the kitchen: coz in this instance, the idea is that cooking books are in the bookselfs in a kitchen while cooking can be a leisure game (if you can think so..!)
4b. a 2-floor tower (4 decoration)
4c. a pool and BBQ on 1 side
4d. a private garden on 1 side


Can MTS2 make extensions like "7z", "ace", "cab", "uha" recognisable in this forum?

Just extact the self-extractable file with "exe" by winuha2 SFX out of the zip file and click on the "exe" file and it'll extract the compressed house/lot sims2pack out.
