Does your Sim want to enjoy the big living of the rich and famous, but doesn’t want to keep up with the high costs of living on a huge, oversized mansion? Is your Sim a single man that just wants a cool pad to have fun and take his or her’s dates on? Well then, you’ve just found the perfect place.

Singleman’s Palace is just what is implied by its name: a Palace for single people. With a huge bedroom-loft that has all of the amenities for a fine living, including his own home office, an enormous bathroom, a piano and, obviously, a camera pointing at the bed, your Sim will have plenty of fun without missing out on any modern-day comforts or luxuries.

The house also has a huge entertaining space on the basement: with 3 bowling alleys, a bar and even a basketball court, your Sim’s friends will make sure to call his house an entertainer’s dream home.

2) Open your gallery within the game to place the lot. Reccomended spot: Any 30x20 lot
