Well, that has all been changed by the Sunshine Pier! With all of the amenities from your traditional suburban home, living on this house on the sea will unite the peaceful sound of ocean waves with the comfort of having a huge jacuzzi on your huge balcony.

Equipped with central air conditioning and heat, this wonderful house will make your sims question why they didn’t move sooner. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 master suite located in the attic, a huge open-plan living space and all of the million-simoleon views and natural lighting you could ever ask for!
