K.I.S.S or "Keep it simple, stupid"

Recently, I participated in the aMAYzing gift exchange , where I was selected to be the 'secret santa' for @kgaff.

In order to remind myself not to get carried away with the patterns (it's a bit of a habit of mine!), I affectionately named this residential lot K.I.S.S. or "Keep it Simple, Stupid."

It turned out to be a great kickoff to this month long event, where I secretly made four fun builds for my buddy.

So, K.I.S.S. is a traditional style family home that includes:
a staircase at the entrance
a private study
a large living room with a huge television and grand piano
a beautiful kitchen and dining space with big arches that make it look more like one, giant room
a dedicated laundry space (though I neglected putting in the hampers!)
a small pool in the backyard
a dedicated gardening space with plants to get you started
a 'man cave' type room, upstairs
2 bedrooms
a workout room (although, this could be converted into a small, child's bedroom if you so desire)
2 1/2 bathrooms

This Lot contains NO third party CC.
