Tropical Winds Resort was built on Bigger Builder's Island and playtested in Sunset Valley.


This is a package file lot-Place in your library folder.


A relaxation destination for your sims. It features two VIP rooms, outdoor pool, arcade, dining area, exercise room, and an area decorated as a gift shop.


Note-I noticed the trashcan near parking area disappeared when lot placed in another world or moved where I could not find it. The terrain paints also slightly shifted space when placed in another world so you may have to do a little repainting.The only other issue that you may look out for is the registration desk moving(this did not happen in my playtest but is a common issue with resorts).




I built this on a 40x40 lot so it could be placed in smaller worlds. However, you can place this lot on a larger one to add a beach or boat access.The office space and gift shop area were designed specifically for the creator theme of business but you can redecorate it for a spa/casino area with store or custom content. I was easily able to achieve five star rating on the first day with this resort by just making sure all positions filled and three high quality maintenance staff hired.
