This small motel includes a buffet, plenty of parking, and a swimming pool with a slide.

I initially built this with six motel rooms, but I've realized that townies only use the resort towers, and active Sims will only use the room marked "Luxury Suite 0". So, I've pared it down to one room, and emptied out the others while placing Hidden Room Markers so the lot will load more quickly.

There is a room behind the resort desk with ladders leading to the basements where the resort towers are. There are holes in the ceiling in the cafeteria, but that is the only issue and is merely aesthetic.

No custom content or store content is used in this build.
