The ninth house of Strangerville reno is here! I've tried to keep the same style as the other ones, and here's what I've got as result:



It's a simples two story house with 3BD and 1BT, able do household 4 or 5 Sims. It's cozy and perfect for those families who are wealthy in Strangerville. Even though I've kept the name of the lot, this build was made from scratch. No pre-built house here.

The first floor features:

- Porches;
- Hallways;
- Kitchen;
- Dinning room;
- Bathroom;
- Living room.



Second floor:

- Master bedroom;
- Bedrooms 2 and 3;
- Office.



The backyard is small, but your Sims can find a lot of outdoor activities, such as... swimming, swinging, gardening and much more!
