Today I'm here with a cute house that I built sometime ago.
It's simple. Built for a couple or a single Sim and has two floors.
There's a lot of landscaping there, and it turned out to be very beautiful. It has a great view and I'd love to know that your Sims are having a great time there.

1 master bedroom
1 living room
1 kitchen
1 bathroom
1 dinning room.

PS. I don't remember how much it costs, and I'm having some trouble with The Sims 3. By the time I get it fixed, I'll come back here and edit (that's why the price there isn't right)
