This affordable home is the perfect place to start living your full house life! An eight sim household can afford this lot with their starting funds of $34,000. It has four bedrooms, one bathroom and a loundry room with a bath, a spacious kitchen and ofcourse a living room. It's fully furnished and decorated, and I've added plenty of gameplay items as well. For example there's a TV, a laptop and plenty of toys for kids and toddlers. I've also playtested this lot so everything should work. Enjoy!
