I almost have no starter home or base game houses uploaded here to MTS, so I'm working on a lot of them, because I know that a lot of people don't have the complete game with all packs, gp and sp.
So... this is a starter home built with only base game and free of CC.
It was built for two Sims, as it has only one bedroom with bunkbeds. But feel free to replace the bed and household a couple or even a single Sim!
