Background
So this style of house was one I've been thinking of building for a while. The name comes from the inspiration behind it, this type of one story expensive home is pretty common around where I am going to college right now (in California) and it's definitely one of my dream homes. I love the one story aspect, don't like stairs, and the modern interior and large windows are really cool. kept the outside landscaping quite minimal using mostly only hedges since I didn't like the cluttered look of flowers all over the place. Fingers crossed I will somehow make enough money someday to get a house like this.

Intro
