A small modern home with two bedrooms and bathrooms. I decided to forgo using a bunch of packs and used CC instead and Get Famous instead. You only need Get Famous for the marble floors in the bathrooms and a couple windows in the bedrooms. Everything else is base-game/CC. Hope you have fun using it.
