Toddlers can use Activity Table

This is a tuning mod to allow toddlers to use the kids activity table so they can draw : ), they have most of the drawing options that kids have, but I haven't included them all.
The interactions they have are: Drawing- shapes, Crafts- Flowers, Gnomes, Gardening. Toddlers don't gain skills using the activity table, because I haven't figured out how to add this yet, I'd like them to reach Imagination skill while drawing. Will see to it in a next update.
Adult sims can also encourage toddlers to draw.

They stretch a little. I can convert the animations. ^-^

Updated for Seasons ep so toddlers can create holiday crafts.

As far as I know, there aren't any conflicts with other mods.
