Sorry, after the Infants update, this mod stopped working. I asked TS4 modder, Cepzid to help me update it and she will see to it whenever she can.

Added sound to children snuggling in adults arms.
Thanks Zulf Ferdiana for adding the diaper prop effect/sound to the Change toddlers diapers interaction.

Child sims can now be snuggled in parents arms without shrinking. Thanks Haru for the explanation.
I have always wanted sims children to be carried around by adults and last year I found out how to enable this and couldn't believe I had done it: D I believed a script mod would surely be needed and it turned out it was not. Just a tuning mod. Anyway, children shrunk to toddlers size and I converted the toddlers animations for child, but at the time I had no idea how to make them play in-game. Now I do. ; )
-Adults can pick up and carry children around, talk to other sims while holding them and put them down on the floor/sofa.
-Children can care for toddlers; carry them and put them to bed. I enabled them to give toddlers a bath and read to sleep, but it isn't working for now.
Known Issues
Adults are unable to bathe toddlers. For now, don't download the Child bathtub highchair zip.
The adult here is doing a pose. It will not look that way in-game.
Children stretch while picking up and putting down toddlers. Walking while carrying toddlers looks fine, though.
When Adults are climbing up and down the stairs with kids, the child gets out of the sims arms. See the screenshots.
I would like adults to carry kids to bed and read them to sleep but a script mod might be needed for this.
