Bay View Apartments is a simple, yet modernistic and sleek apartment complex complete with a patio, a gym, and six apartment spaces.




This is CC free, but Apartment Life, OFB, Nightlife & IKEA Home Stuff is needed. I'm not sure if Teen Style, Celebration, and Family Fun are needed since I own them, but I don't think I used them.

Whenever I go to purchase an apartment, not all of the furniture shows up. In order for the furniture to show, press Ctrl+Shift+C for Windows or Command+Shift+C for Mac at the same time to activate the cheat console. Then, type in the cheat "boolProp testingcheatsenabled true" (with the quotations), and then, left-click on the front door of the apartment you want to rent and press shift, and then you should get a pie menu. Pick the option that says "Rent Furnished Apartment." You should get a message confirming if you want to buy this apartment. Click "yes", and then, all of the furniture will show up.
