Here we have 8 x 1 bed apartments for 1 to 2 sims. All are nicely furnished with everything simmies need.
There's a communal rooftop garden with seating, BBQ and hot tub for neighbours to gather and spend those long hot summer evenings
Each apartment has it's own small balcony
No custom content or hacks and checked with Clean Installer Rent is 1,819 to 1,874 (I have no idea why there are 2 different figures as the apartments are all identical!)
I have shown only one floor outlay as they are all the same with same furniture
