Hi everyone! Today, I'm back with another new home for your Sims! This time, I headed back into Lucky Palms to build a house that would suit that town, which has led to the creation of Oasis! Oasis is a five bedroom and six bathroom house that features many unique architectural perks I wanted to try out. These include a U-shaped entry staircase, timbered ceilings, and a recessed living room! The floor plan is as follows:

FIRST FLOOR:

- Main Entry
- Dining Room
- Sitting Room
- Living Room
- First-Floor Master Suite
- Three Bathrooms
- First-Floor Guest Bedroom
- Kitchen
- Laundry Room
- Two-Car Garage
- Separate One-Car Garage

SECOND FLOOR:

- Upstairs Master Suite
- Two Guest Bedrooms
- Three Bathrooms
- Wet Bar

All bedrooms come with closets and full bathrooms (aside from the downstairs guest bathroom), and there is a separate garage for one extra car attached to the house as well giving space for three cars total! Out back is a courtyard and pool as well as a small side yard that you can play around with however you like!

And yes, you are seeing correctly, I used coral as cacti!
