Hey there, thank you for checking out my build!

This build was inspired by the Jonathan Corwin "Witch" House and Charmed. This lot is not meant to be a build of either house. It was built in Newcrest.



My third and final inspiration is for the Witch I would imagine who lived there. She is a white witch with a family and an affinity for gardening. She practices her magic in the attic, accessed from her closet. She is a very charismatic and powerful woman, who loves to entertain. She is empathetic, warm, and very inviting but enjoys the aesthetic that darker colors bring. She has a very classic and traditional taste in her furnishing and decoration. This is who I imagined would live here.

Both the front and back yards feature lovely gardens that you can spend leisurely time in.





You will find on the first level there are 3 rooms which you may entertain guests in. The TV room, the Sitting Room, and the Sun Room. For a more private guest, you may also pick the Office in the back of the house. Of course, if you're hosting a dinner, you've got a dining room off the kitchen which seats 8 people. The kitchen itself has a breakfast nook for the family to eat at in the morning before the day starts.

Upstairs you've got the master suite which has its own bathroom and a long walk-in closet. There are 3 total other bedrooms that you can use to your liking with 1 full bath. The laundry room is also on this level with machines and hand washing options. And to top it off, there is a balcony overlooking the back garden and whatever view your neighborhood provides.

The attic is the final level of the house, which can only be accessed via the ladder in the master suite closet. This is where you can spend your time brewing potions, casting spells, and experimenting with magic.



This is my first upload in a very long time, and I'm really excited to get back into this old hobby.
