Nestled in the forest, Deep Woods Retreat is a fully-furnished 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom luxury vacation home. The exterior is designed in a modern Craftsman style with steep-angle roof lines, wrap-around porches, and architectural details to the windows and corners of the structure. The lot is fully landscaped with soaring trees and an assortment of native plants. This lot is perfect for a weekend getaway or a homey main residence!

The first floor has a foyer, kitchen, dining area, living room, and bedroom suite. A large 2-story great room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a fireplace is the perfect place to wind down after a long day enjoying the outdoors. Most living spaces connect to a porch or deck, allowing for your Sims to connect to nature at every corner. Finally, a large deck with a dining and lounging area completes the first floor.

The second floor has a Master Bedroom complete with an ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms, and a large hall bathroom. The lot is currently outfitted as a vacation rental for approximately $2,000 Simloans a night, but can just as easily be placed as a residential lot with a price tag of around $200,000 Simloans.
