This house is built for a senior sim or two senior sims with a love for knitting! This house has one bedroom and one bathroom with a spacious living area, dining area, and a homey kitchen perfect for cooking late night snacks or baking early morning pastries. I also included a gardening area out back as well as an outdoor dining area for when you're in the mood for grilling or when you have guests over.

This house has the lot traits of Great Soil, Homey, and Peace & Quiet.
