This is a small cottage house for when the Sims are on vacation or it can also be a home for a rural part of the neighborhood.
It?s also ideal for sims with romantic aspirations.
This house is very simple but has a cozy touch, although it is not fully furnished, you can complement this plot with additional objects that you deem appropriate.

on the first floor is the living room, kitchen and dining room, the second floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom and outside there is an outdoor parking lot, a lake for fishing and an ax thrower.
