This is a classic country-themed house which has a basement dedicated to a children's bedroom with bathroom.
On the first floor is the living room with cheap furniture, the kitchen, the dining room and a hallway with a back door to access the patio.
On the second floor is the master bedroom with its respective bathroom and a discreet library space.
The exterior is decorated with plants, trees, a pond and the backyard has a barbecue area and dining area.
The lot has a modifiable reserve area where the pond is located to put a driveway if you have pack expansions for this.
The 2x2 size lot for the base game was made with the tool Mootilda's Lot Adjuster

This lot was created in the base game and no Sims lived on it during its creation which ensures a clean and reliable file to download and install.
