I based this off of the exising "pool pourri" (pool water with petals in) from Get Together, but I have been told by moderators that you can still use this with the Base Game .

The weather turns colder and the snow starts to fall, but the pools and fountains seem to stay warm. There's no ice that forms or snow that settles.
I want to add that final touch to my winter garden and let the water cool off a bit.

So this adds a new pool water for you to choose, with a variety of different snowy and icy textures to get the perfect chilly water during winter.

This is found in Build Mode under pool waters
