Fortune Sims have been waiting (and saving all their simeons!) for a long time for this stylish, luxurious and high-end bathroom!
Let them enjoy washing their hands with a sink with a marble worktop!

Please note
The Flushmaster Hi-Fi does not have a handle to flush the toilet (flushes automatically in Sims3); the option to flush the toilet is available but Sims will use an invisible handle.

Update 15/06/2023 Added new glass/object colors and created subsets for items.

My SimPE settings include having CEP enabled.

Flushmaster Hi-Fi is a toilet, costs $1,250 with 5 seat/porcelain color options.

All items have been created using Sims2 base game objects - no expansion or stuff packs are required.
The Design & High-Tech Stuff - Bathroom zip.file contains all 4 items (separate folders for each item). I have also attached separate zip.files for each item.
