Who is ready to get away to a beautiful Caribbean island paradise!? I know I am, but I guess the next best thing is creating such a place for my simmies. I present to you my vision of an island dream home, Peach Paradise. This coastal home features 2 master suites plus a third bedroom, 3 and a half baths, a theater room, a skilling room, and an incredible backyard for entertaining which includes many amenities such as an outdoor kitchen and a swim-up tiki bar.





This lot was built in Sunlit Tides at 16 Castaway Cove, but can be placed on any 50 x 50 sized lot. It has been playtested to avoid flailing and complaining sims.



I used some custom content for this creation. None of it is included, nor required for this lot to function. However, in order for this home to look like it does in the pics, the following is recommended:
