I had the idea of building it for my Witch sim and her plant sim baby.

I left the attic-room empty so it could be used for anything (but I will be putting the Alchemy station in there) But here comes the real-estate details.

Beautiful 3 bedroom cottage. Tastefully decorated in pastel shades to please the most feminine of sims. Fully fitted kitchen/diner and separate utility room. Spacious lounge, dining-room with window seat. Pretty garden with separate play area for the children and barbecue area for the adults.

Only 2 store items were used for decoration
