Chock full of grace and charm, Forrester boasts many amenities such as a cozy, comfortable living room with fireplace, a powder room on the first floor for convenience, and just off of the eat-in-kitchen is a spacious, bright sunroom overlooking the private back yard. This home also features 3 bedrooms, a den or fourth bedroom, and 2 1/2 baths. Delight in being the envy of the neighborhood because you live in the cutest house on the block!

My builds are typically heavy with custom content, but I tried to keep it light with this build. With that said . . . there is no custom content included, nor is any required to play this lot, however, in order for this home to look like it does in the pics the following is recommended:
