For the final home in my Parched Prospect makeover project, I present a  contemporary mansion for the default "Roomies" family (Zoe, J, Gavin, and Mitchell) that occupies the largest lot in the neighborhood. I've got lots of custom touches everywhere to make this house extra special. If you want to play a different family here it is easy to refurnish the spacious bedrooms to support any size or type of family.

Playtested for one sim-year.

- Butler's Suite with Full Bath
- Powder Room (1/2 bath)
- Utility Room (Laundry and Home Fabricator)
- Two Car Built-In Garage (Recycling and Woodworking)

Second Floor:
- Master Suite with Walk through Closet, 4 Piece Spa inspired Bath, and dressing area
- Four oversized, en-suite bedrooms
- Bedroom 5 used as Office with jack-and-jill bath to balcony

Additional Improvements:

- Pool and Hot Tub
- Pool House Gym: Sauna, Weights, Treadmill, Yoga, wetroom shower, and toilet facilities
- Gardening with flower arranging table
- Horseshoe pit

Please have bb.moveobjects on when placing lot!

- The default butler is nearly useless. I highly recommend using the Better Butler mod from LittleMsSam:

This is the fifth release in my Parched Prospect series of upscale, contemporary homes. The paint schemes were drawn from the surrounding terrain, and repeated design elements and finishes were used to create a cohesive, modern neighborhood.
